We did the cenote and lagoon tour on our honeymoon. It was around $180.00 for two of us. They do try to get you with a $40 per person photo fee. You can take photos at the lagoon but not the cenote. It was very enjoyable. Pickup was right on time and explained very thoroughly in the email. It was a smooth process. The van was comfortable and spacious. Fernando was sweet and a great driver. We picked up other passengers along the way. There was around 14 of us I believe. We ended up getting to Yal Ku. JJ was a wonderful tour guide explaining natural history and explaining the process of how to snorkel. He helped us spot a sting ray, eel, and many other creatures. We then went to the cenote, which was gorgeous. JJ made sure to explain everything and added humor throughout. It was overall a great experience. Recommend.

Cave/Snorkeling
We had Mateo as our driver, and he was excellent—professional, safe, and very accommodating. Our tour guide, Jojo, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. As a non-swimmer, I was initially nervous about being in the water, but Jojo made me feel safe, calm, and comfortable throughout the experience. I truly appreciated his patience and reassurance. Highly recommend Mateo and Jojo for a wonderful and worry-free experience!

Great half day experience
Great half-day experience to take part in. The guide was really informative and helpful. The cenote and lagoon were amazing things to discover.
Advice would be that you only get a snack on the trip, so it is worth taking some extra bits to eat with you.
You are unable to take photos at the cenote; there are photographers there. It is a shame because they are good photos to show what you have been up to; however, they are ripping you off for the cost of the photos.
We were staying in Playa de Mejures, so it is about 2 hours drive.
