The cooking class was fun. Cinzia was a great host and instructor. The recipes were easy to follow and absolutely delicious.
Cinzia was a perfect host and teacher. First you must enjoy the beautiful setting, relaxing then settle into her comfortable well stocked kitchen and be ready to learn. I appreciate the way she structured the food options around what I wanted to learn and my skills. She also took the time to show me some other vegan tips, some things to look for in selecting foods, and how to mix ingredients to get the most out of them.
