Great communication and came prepared making sure there was enough space for the amount of people and luggage. Would highly recommend in the future. Detail oriented and easy process.
Getting the vehicle right for the people and the bags sounds like a small thing until it goes wrong at the pier, so we are pleased the planning showed on the day. Thank you for the recommendation — and we hope Reykjavík sees you again before long.
Our experience was excellent. Our driver, Max, was wonderful. Very personable and helpful. He also gave us an excellent dining suggestion at a place we really enjoyed. Can’t say enough good things about Max and the overall experience.

It was a very busy day with cruise pick up and drop offs. We were given a driver name, but a different driver had been assigned to us. I had to call to find out this information. The driver showed up about five minutes later than our designated pick up time

Was a bit confusing due to cruise departure immigration times, trying to coordinate times for pickup. Veronica was very helpful on the phone with rearranging every time the ship adjusted our time. Driver was very good!!
