Driver was on time and was very friendly, happy and entertaining. Was able to locate us within a very large crowd of people; making the experience a delight.
Passengers from cruise lines docked at VOR need to know that it is approximately only 20 mins drive to the city motels. Despite information to the contrary there are also many taxis at the port and a free shuttle bus.
Driver was late arriving at port, instructions were not clear where to meet him. Then when we finally met he was in a bad mood, claimed our luggage would not fit even though we had clearly specified the number of items. by the way, they did fit.
Elected a private transfer from cruise ship to hotel in town. Glad we did. Taxi line was long. Our driver was prompt/early and waiting for us as we exited cruise terminal. Effortless, efficient, smooth transfer and within ten minutes we reached destination. Worth the expense.

Our driver was right outside the cruise terminal with the van only steps away. He was very helpful with our bags, and very informative on our drive to the hotel. Every aspect was seamless.

We had a scheduled tour so we’re wanted a confirmed transfer-scheduled ahead. The Driver was great-prompt, found us easily at the cruise terminal.

The communication with the car company was excellent...even letting us know they were 78 seconds away (lol). They were right on time. Driver, Freyr, was very personable and helpful. Definitely recommend to use them for your transfer or your tour experience.

The ride was easy to book. Great way to travel with multiple luggage because it is brought right to the hotel. Driver was on time and friendly.
