Free admission to the museum on Tuesdays. We already lined up at 9:00. There were already 27 people in line. It is very worth it to rent an audio guide. It automatically finds the room and artwork you are standing in front of, a great solution. The "Lady with an Ermine" is a bit hidden, but in its own room and VERY impressive. Many other exhibits are as well, e.g., 2 mummies.

Be careful
Admission to the museum that day was free. No appointment was honored. The offer included a card for free entry to other museums for three days, which NEVER arrived. We requested a refund, which was denied because it was requested after the visit to the museum that did not take place. We consulted a lawyer

Value for money

Superlative museums in Krakow.
For those put-off by thinking it will like the Louvre, ten seconds to see the Mona Lisa... nothing like that, plenty of time to gaze and ponder. Plus much else in art and history in the superlative museums of Krakow.

Expensive but pleasant visit
The Lady with an Ermine is spectacular, high cost but it is worth it!
If you can, go there; besides the Lady with an Ermine there are other beautiful works and the crown jewels, a piece of Krakow's history.

Viator allowed me to skip...
Viator allowed me to skip the immense line in front of the museum! Without that, because of the tight schedule, it wouldn’t be possible to see the exhibition. I highly recommend visiting the Czartoryski Museum not only because of the Lady with an Ermine, but this Museum has many more well-hidden treasures like the Copernicus book, Chopin’s handwriting, or a book possessed by Marie Antoinette.
