D collected us from our hotel in Seminyak and brought us to the meeting point. The sunrise was amazing. D then collected us from the hot springs and was very accommodating for us as we wanted to leave early. D brought us back to our hotel in Seminyak. He had very good English and was easy to understand and chat to. Thank you D.

Really great experience. Pick-up driver Dektaa was on time and drove us very safely to the Jeep point. The Jeep experience was very cool and we had an amazing sunrise, but be aware that it’s very cold. As for the hot springs, they are good but nothing too special. However, the coffee plantation was very nice! We were able to try many different coffees and teas and the tour was very informative. Really great (early) day!
What an incredible experience from start to finish! Everything was seamless, from the booking process to being dropped back at our villa. Exploring the beauty that Bali has to offer was even more enjoyable with D as our guide. He shared fascinating and detailed information about every place we visited, making each stop even more meaningful. He picked us up at 3 in the morning and, from the first moment, he was telling us interesting facts about Bali and making sure we were comfortable at all times. Highly recommend the mt batur jeep tour if you want to skip the tiring hike. We arrived at the sunrise viewpoint completely relaxed, stayed warm in the vehicle, and enjoyed front-row seats to a spectacular view.

Our driver was friendly, professional, and arrived on time. The sunrise view was absolutely breathtaking, and the Black Lava area was incredible to explore. Breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed visiting the coffee plantation. The guide took great photos for us, making the experience even more memorable. Pick-up and drop-off komang sadya came earlier than time and adjusted the temperature in the car and the seats so we could sleep, and was very caring 😊 I was worried because I don’t speak English, but when I went to the Jeep Wilhelm/Akasaka spoke Japanese and they were very considerate and relieved 🥹🥹 The sense of taking pictures was also outstanding and it was a good memory!! And not only the sunset but the starry sky was beautiful and inspiring 💫 Please try it out✨✨
