Our Thames cruise was everything we hoped it would be. Our guide was funny and made the history incredibly entertaining. The afternoon was quite hot and the river cruise was a lovely respite.
Such good value for money - 45 minutes of an informative live guide who was enthusiastic and interesting to listen too. We sat at the front of the boat outside to take advantage of the views, inside looked great too and had air conditioning. There was a bar on board with alcoholic and soft drinks with snacks that weren't too badly priced for London (£3.70 for a can of coke). Staff were very friendly and smiley 😊
My grandson and I very much enjoyed our boat trip. The crew were friendly, helpful and informative. My only advice would be to make sure you are going to the correct dock as I was pointed in the wrong direction.

Very rude and no energy in staff. We take this trip with my family. the girl in the front selling tickets just looking at her mobile phone.So we wait for when she finish. The another lady, maybe a manager also rude to the girl selling the ticket. We nearly walked away. When we going onto the boat, the captain and his crews welcomed us, so we feel better. Then another rude staff lady in the bar area, looking very angry so we don't bother go to her. The guide was great. Where do they get these staff from. We never go back here again. We should had gone on the other tour company City cruises

The boat was very nice and clean with a bar and attentive staff. I would have preferred a longer trip.

Exhibitions with minimal curation, an audio guide that remains on the superficial level, and few knowledgeable guides anywhere. Save your money. A tourist trap.

Fun and interesting- just the right amount of time. Guide was live and didn’t sound bored even tho must say the same thing over and over all day
