We had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this provider. After we had already booked and confirmed a photoshoot for 1:00 pm in London, the provider contacted us and tried to move the session to the morning, stating that photos taken at 1:00 pm would not come out well. This was concerning, as the booking had already been accepted for that time. On the day of the photoshoot, while we were on a boat, I contacted him to ask whether he could meet us at 1:30 pm instead. He responded that last-minute changes were not acceptable. We therefore made sure to get off the boat and proceed to the agreed meeting point. We waited for him, but he never arrived. The entire experience made us seriously question the professionalism and reliability of this provider. His communication was inconsistent, and after insisting that last-minute changes were unacceptable, he himself failed to appear at the agreed meeting point. We had arranged our sightseeing schedule around this photoshoot and wasted valuable holiday time waiting for someone who did not turn up. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this provider. We are requesting a full refund for the booking and believe the platform should review whether this provider should continue to be offered to customers.

I bought an international school group from India on the cruise from Butlers Wharf to Westminster Pier and they all had a fantastic time! London is a lot of walking and this was so convenient to get us from Tower of London to Big Ben and gave most of the students a new experience which they really enjoyed. The captain had lots of interesting facts and stories along the way which were interesting and funny, so overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I would 100% book again with future school and international groups.

Super easy and great scenic one way boat trip to get from Big Ben/Westminster Hall & Abbey via Westminster Pier to Tower Of London. The boat crew gave a great overview of each Bridge and each landmark building along the way. Well worth the value for the low ticket price! Highly recommend!

Interesting and informative commentry. Pleasant friendly staff. Clean boat. Just wish it’d been longer than the 25 minutes! Would’ve happily just cruised along the river leisurely taking in more of London by boat.

Really liked the to and fro trip from tower bridge to Westminster specially the commentary. Trust me I have tried Uber boats and city cruises too but this one is the best! If you want to know London better, do take this cruise first! Highly recommended though the price can be reduced a bit.

Very good for family day out very educational kids loved it

This was a lovely thirty minute trip on the Thames with some excellent commentary. We had bought a one way ticket, but easily added a return ride for a reduced rate. The staff was so helpful and kind. We can’t recommend them enough.

Staff was very laid back - relaxing. We were a little behind schedule getting there and felt bad about it and they made us feel welcomed- they had a no worries attitude which we really like!

Very short trip due to pickingi up other travellers at other points. Didn’t feel that the advert was clear
