This is awesome, I will definitely recommend. The food was delicious, me and my girls have a great time.
Wait on the ramp was a bit long. But totally worth it. First time to London and happy to make this our first activity.

Make sure you read all materials. We missed the small print on arrival time and got to the dock one minute before scheduled departure time and the boat had left without us. $300 down the tubes.

When we booked the lunchtime cruise we upgraded to have the VIP experience and the window seats This was worth every penny especially the champaign on arrival. All the staff were excellent from welcoming us at the Pier before boarding, during boarding and once the trip was underway. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We received 110% service throughout.

Apart from getting a bit wet waiting to get on the boat all was great. The staff were so helpful. Shout out to Yasmin who was our waitress she was excellent. The food was very good and the prices of drinks were average London prices. The commentary on the cruise was informative and funny too. It was mine and my husbands anniversary this is why we chose to do the cruise and wasn't disappointed. It's excellent value for money and will definitely do it again. Thanks you. Xxx
Book direct and avoid using Viator they are massively overpriced. Twice as much as the actual cost. They advertise lower price then when you book you get hit with a huge price
