Bucket list experience
Lovely boat, smooth journey. Good service and really delicious food. No alcohol included but not too expensive to buy. It was our favourite experience in our 2 day stay in London.

River cruise experience
Lovely river trip wonderful in the sunshine, enjoyable informative information given by the captain. And the food was totally delicious 😋 I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic value for...
Fantastic value for money. We had a lovely 2 course meal. Very attentive staff from the moment we boarded.

Staff put us on wrong boat tour.
On arriving at westminster pier, i showed my ticket to operator for river cruise with 2 course mea i had purchased for my mums bifthdsy,l he took us to bay A where he took us to the front of queue as mum is in wheelchair. We are now on river tour and have found out we are on wrong boat. This just goes to tower bridge, no meal. Very upset and disappointed.

Great trip if you like chicken.
Nicely printed menu. The menu offers chicken and if you do not like chicken there is always chicken.So with only chicken available the menu is very dull. Bulk cooked chicken was pretty average,desert also has only one choice . The route the boat takes is good and interesting.The commentary is very good although the plea for tips at the conclusion of the trip was a bit on the nose given the cost of the trip.

Very relaxing and good service I was able to explain most of the places and buildings you could see, as I’d worked in the City.

Don’t Miss This Experience
Highly recommend this experience. The meal was fantastic. The staff were polite and friendly and the views were great. Loved the impromptu commentary.

A lovely lunchtime cruise.
The cruise was better than I had expected. The cruise tour guide was informative but also quite funny in his commentary. I t seems we cruised by all the very important historical sights. The day was bright and beautiful . The crew was very customer friendly and helpful. Lunch was served on time and the 2-course meal was quite tasty. All in all, a great deal for the price paid. I would definitely recommend it.

Avoid this provider if you have to take a cab.
We encountered traffic in can and contacted provider and told them we micht be minites late. They never responded. We were three minutes late and they left without us. They got our money and didn’t have to provide two meals. By far our worst viator ever.
