Frances was a wealth of knowledge & humor. The tour flow & pace worked well with our group of 14. Q&A with a beefeater, which was a great added experience. The headsets were a great help.

This was a great tour of a very large and historical place. Our tour guide, Gavin, was especially brilliant and really knew how to share all his knowledge with a group. You will be lucky to have him as your guide. The tour was exactly the right amount of time, about 1.5 hour. We did the Crown Jewels on our own after the main tour was over.

This tour does not exist. Aviator uses a third party Tour Guys. We waited for tour at nine in spot requested. Victor was a no show. I sent several texts that were not answered. About 9:45 Tour Guys showed up and I spoke to representative. They said the tour Victor was booking did not exist and the same thing had happened to another couple yesterday. They didn’t help me contact Viator. I gave up and bought my own tickets to see the Tower. I had hoped Viator would contact me and issue a refund. That hasn’t happened. I’m going to contact my credit card company. I have used Viator many times. What a shocking lack of responsibility and concern for their customers especially because it happened to someone else the day before.

We had a fantastic time on this tour! It was a great way to experience London’s most iconic sights while also learning the history and stories behind them. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the tour fun for our entire family. Even though we’ve visited London several times, we learned so many things we didn’t know and came away with a new appreciation for the city. The tour was well paced, informative without being overwhelming, and covered a wonderful mix of London’s history, landmarks, and culture. Our guide did an excellent job bringing the city and its history to life and was happy to answer questions along the way. A great experience and one we would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting London! 🇬🇧

Wonderful walking tour of the Tower with a brilliant and extremely knowledgeable guide Ariana

Amazing tour! Our guide, Andrew, was knowledgeable and entertaining. This was a really great tour which also gave extra solo time in several different areas. We added the River Cruise option which was also fantastic.
