The tour was very good, the guide Esther was very kind and attentive, as was the driver Juan Carlos.

The balance I was supposed to pay, based on their listed exclusions, was $41 USD for the Chichen Itza fee and $6 USD for the cenote life vest. However, when I received their email, I was told that I needed to pay $94 USD per person in taxes. I complained about this, and they explained that the $94 USD was for two people and already included the Chichen Itza fee. I’m pretty sure Google Translate was accurate, and I felt that they were trying to overcharge me. Based on their original posting, the total should have been $82 USD for two people, not $94 USD. In the end, I paid $94 USD for two people, plus $6 for the life vest and $6 for the locker. The tour guides were amazing, though. They were very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable.

This was an amazing excursion, very long, almost 12 hours, so wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Our tour guides Rafa and Edmundo were very knowledgeable and make everything possible to give us a good experience. The only reason I give 4 stars to this tour is because I wish they would have take us to Chichen Iza first and also the half an hour in Valladolid wasn’t enough. Just my humble opinion.

Pablo was a very knowledgeable guide , he listened to my family was very friendly and helpful. Eric the driver was a very careful driver got us to where we were going on time and safely If I have the chance to go back I would book them again.

The good: Decently priced tour with comfortable vehicles. The so so: Jesus our guide spent the whole tour trying to sell us Mayan calendars and other overpriced tourist trap items. We spent hours boiling in his tourist traps and when got to Chichén itzá had to rush to be able to see something in those 2 hours. ( Only saw two Temples quickly ) Everyone thought we would swim in the cenote after Chichén itzá heat but instead was the first stop of the trip, wife and women had wet hair, make up, etc. This tour could have lot of potential if the tour guides reduced their eternal sales pitch and upselling speech during the whole trip and spend more time in Chichén itzá with good information on Mayan culture.

What an amazing day! Ilsa and her team were fantastic. She had such a wealth of knowledge and gift of storytelling that brought the history of the Maya to life and made the connection personal to you. I cannot thank her and the rest of the team for providing such wonderful memories.

Very gratifying, surprising, and very rich in cultural and anthropological information of the Maya people. Congratulations to our guide Ester and the careful driver. Our guide in the Chichen itza park was very good and detailed in historical information. We like it a lot. But the surprising number of wanderers in the archaeological park is very bad and should be taken by the federal government of Mexico.

The service from the guides and the bus driver was excellent. The places we visited were worth the trip; my wife and I enjoyed the trip a lot. We highly recommend it.
