An unforgettable day with Raul and Flota 🇲🇽
We spent a beautiful day discovering Chichén Itzá, Valladolid, and the Nool Ha cenote, made even more pleasant by Raul and Flota. Two truly nice, friendly, and professional people, but above all capable of entertaining the group in the right way: interesting explanations and many fun facts, without ever being boring or tedious. In fact, they joke with us and among themselves, creating a cheerful and familiar atmosphere right from the start. You can see that they do their job with passion and that they care about giving a great experience to those they accompany. Thank you Raul and Flota for the company, the laughs, and for making this day even more special! 🇲🇽❤️ Absolutely recommended!

Not recommended
The pickup was messy which meant that we left super later for the attraction. We got there for the worst heat which meant that it was almost impossible to enjoy the experience.
Then we wasted two hours for lunch at obviously tour operators friends establishment. The people worked there only cared about tips and when people tipped less than they wished for they were calling them names after the guest walked away a bit. Pure greediness.
Then to top it up we got to the cenote just to learn that I was not able to enter since I couldn’t get my hair wet. There were no facilities to dry hair at this place and we had another stop to make after. Tour guide didn’t care at all. At least if they warned ahead I wouldn’t take shower but I only learnt about hair once I was showered and ready to enter the cenote. Awful communication.
They also charge you for entrance fee considerably more than the actual entrance fee. And then beg for tips.
The “lunch” is not appropriate for vegetarians or anyone that is sensitive to nasty smells since the restaurant simply stinked.
Completely waste of money but what’s worse, waste of a day during annual leave.

Amazing tour and guide
What an amazing tour, the bus was very confortable and our guide Luis was awesome, he explained all aspects of the Mayan culture and life guiding our group throught all sites as a real maestro!!

Amazing experience
The experience in itself was amazing I loved seeing all the different sights ranging from Chichen Itzá to a local Mayan town and a cenote. Mauricio and Carlos made this even better by being so informative and friendly. I learnt so much information about a new culture! I would definitely recommend this tour to someone who wants to learn more about Mayan culture and try authentic cuisine. I had such an amazing time!

Good experience, but needs some improvements.
Overall, the excursion provided a satisfactory baseline experience, though several operational and logistical issues significantly impacted its value.Hurried Itinerary: The schedule felt highly rushed at key locations. Participants were given limited time at Chichen Itzá and only 30 minutes in Valladolid, which allowed for little more than a brief walk and a quick snack before departure.Rushed Cenote Visit: The designated one-hour window for the Cenote swim included parking, changing, and descending the 93 steps, leaving minimal time to actually enjoy the swim.Aggressive Upselling: Tour guides actively discouraged purchasing from local vendors at Chichen Itzá, steering guests instead toward a partnered retail store near the restaurant. This stop was not rushed, and the merchandise was priced restrictively in USD at a significant markup.Service Discrepancy: Despite booking and paying for the "Plus" package, the service delivered matched only the standard tier. It is highly recommended that future travelers cross-reference their booking confirmation directly with the guides upon arrival.Staff and Value: While the guides were knowledgeable, their delivery was standard. Given the rushed timeline and the tier discrepancy, there are more competitive and higher-value tour operators available in the market.

Raul is a TOP guide
We spent a whole day with Raul from morning to evening, tour of Chichen Itza, lunch at a Mayan cooperative hacienda, a small Mayan celebration with the shaman, cooling off in a cenote, a break with free time in Valladolid, everything was perfect. Raul's entertainment and storytelling were all top-notch. Trust him with everything without hesitation. Enjoy your visit

Best tour and tour guide in Cancun
This tour was genuinely one of the best tours I’ve done, especially thanks to Ricardo, the BEST tour guide I’ve ever had. He had TONS of knowledge and genuine care for his tour group to have as great a time as possible. I had asked for bandaids which he didn’t have at the moment, but he remembered and bought them for me when he got a chance. We were also given water bottles and umbrella for the hot weather. The whole tour route was very packed and valuable; if you’re looking for one tour to do in Cancun, I’d 100% recommend this one.

Guide with Raul is the best
Today we did the tour with the guide Raul.
We are a couple on our honeymoon with a child, we did the entire tour with Raul's assistance for every need, he explained everything excellently in great Italian (almost like a native speaker)
We felt at ease as if we were in Italy.
I wish everyone to find a guide like him because he truly is the best!!!

Day at Chichen Itza
My boyfriend and I participated in the Chichen Itza tour, and our guides were Flota and Ivone.
We couldn’t have asked for better; they immediately conveyed their passion for their work, and they were friendly and well-prepared, accompanying us throughout the day.
They explained many things about the Maya community to us.
If you are going to take this beautiful tour, ask for them ☺️
