The cooking experience was first class and so fun. Marco and Gianpiero were masters at their craft and so fun. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend this cooking class enough! Marco was such a fantastic chef and his tips were just great. But he was an even better person and his anecdotes and stories made our evening. The pasta and desserts we made were DELICIOUS. He even accommodated one of our group who was vegan. His thoughtful recipe accommodations were even more delicious. This was a highlight of our Italy trip.

Mara is an excellent, gracious hostess; our chef Marco is a passionate, professional, kind, and knowledgeable about cooking Italian food and well versed in Asian cuisine and other foreign foods. From the moment we walked in, he made sure we felt comfortable and at home; starting with prosecco and spending 3 hours together; cooking and preparing; he was quite entertaining; thank you for the memories!
