Chef Mateo was funny, engaging and I learned a lot even as a seasoned cook myself! I would definitely go back for another experience!
Amazing experience. Class was great Mateo and Danny were informative, gracious, and entertaining. If you want to have some fun and learn to make amazing pizza and gelato in a waffle cup I highly recommend.

Firstly the class was very good and pur instructor/chef was clear,thorough and entertaining . In Addition he went out of his way to incorporate all the students in the presentation. For me, he brought me to a new level of understanding of the preparation and baking of pizza. The Gelato portion was very exciting and very educational. The idea of making my own seems well in my ability including the waffle cup. Gratzie Millie
Enjoyable and entertaining. Alfredo is obviously skilled and was always encouraging and very clear in his direction. And cooking with others was fun - loved that part of our class had never heard of lemon zest. We will definitely be making pasta and pesto at home.
It was a very interesting experience. Fabrizzio was well sought after and gave several tips to be able to reproduce the recipes at home. In addition to tips about the city
Fabrizio and Alfredo were our instructors for the pizza and gelato class. They were wonderful. The experience was one of the highlights of our trip!
