Iku was an incredible tour guide who guided us through the city. She made the tour so fun and enjoyable and went above and beyond giving us recommendations on what to buy and where to go next. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sapporo!

Perfect start of my visit in Sapporo! The guide Iku was very knowledgeable and provided a useful overview of the city along with some tips what to see and where to eat.

Compact tour outlining the history of Sapporo. Starting at the TV tower was perfect to orient at the beginning. The guide was local and very knowledgeable. Order of stops made for a good chronological itinerary. Got tips for the rest of my stay.

My tour guide Tom was very kind and helpful all throughout my experience. It was just us on the tour and I would not have had it any other way. He answered my questions very carefully and with a lot of thought. We discussed a lot of great topics. Tom also helped me take some pictures during the tour. I was even more pleasantly surprised by how accommodating he was of my dietary requirements. As a vegetarian, it can be difficult to find plant-based options in Japan. Around the end of the tour, Tom actually called ahead to a restaurant he knew and made sure they had a vegetarian option. He also helped me figure out what entrance of the subway I needed to take to get to my hotel. The walking tour itself was very peaceful and a good chance to see some landmarks as well as the surrounding city atmosphere. Since it was my very first day in Sapporo, I needed something relaxing and calm to get me started so this experience was perfect!

Iku was a fabulous guide. Not only was she knowledgeable about all the stops on the tour but she also gave thoughtful recommendations for other activities and delicious food spots around Sapporo. I’m glad I began my time in the city with her. I feel much more confident navigating the city today. So happy with my tour! Thank you, Iku.

What a great introduction to Sapporo. Iku, our guide, was friendly and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed learning about the establishment of Sapporo and we were surprised to learn that it was a fairly new city. We would recommend anyone who likes walking tours to join this operator’s tour

I had a great tour with Honoko! She was bright, enthusiastic, and welcoming! She showed me the Sapporo TV tower and explained the history and layout of Sapporo. She took me to several historical sites, helped me understand the train system, and found a local Ainu crafts store for me. She was helpful in all ways and I would definitely book with her again.

A great introduction to Sapporo, and a perfect way to get an overview of sites and history and to get your bearings. This tour was a perfect way to start our visit in Sapporo amidst the snow festival.

We went to the meeting place 1 hour earlier from the call time but they did not inform us of the change of meeting place.. we messaged them but replied very very late. 😞. So sad. Though iku our tour guide is nice.
