We had a great experience and what a great way to see and learn about Istanbul as well as trying a bunch of amazing food. Arda was our guide and he was extremely friendly and knowledgable about everything. It was all great value for money as well and the whole experience was so easy from getting to each location to ordering food and then paying.
Would highly recommend anybody visiting Istanbul and it was great to get away from the tourist hubs and see some of the authentic side of the city.

Come hungry
We not only tasted a lot of different Turkish food, we actually ate them in meal size; so make sure you have a big appetite.
Our guard, Ardo, was very friendly and professional. He arranged the order of the tour nicely.
We went on a Sunday evening and the streets were very crowded; we had to squeeze around people and cars to keep up the pace of the walking tour.
In general, it's an experience worthwhile.

Honeymoon trip
Absolutely loved this. Exceeded expectations. Great stops and food options both on European & Asian side. The tour group mixed and mingled throughout (met some great people) and of course led by Emirhan & Mili creating a relaxed atmosphere and giving a great insight into local food and culture

Tasty bites
A great way to get acquainted with Istanbul. Adia was a great guide. Got us onto public transport. Cost of tour was $40. About 1/3 of the price of other tasting tours. We shared many things at 4 different stops. I spent less than $25 on food. All delicious. And clean loos!

Great tour and Nur a great guide
Excellent food tour. Leant a lot, went to places we would not have known or found on our own, and ate as much or as little as we wanted of delicious foods at each stop. The foods we tried were full of flavour and thanks to our excellent guide Nur, every stop was carefully selected and foods carefully recommended to our taste. A big shout out to our guide Nur! She was so knowledgeable and her excellent English and explanations of everything we saw made the tour memorable. Highly recommended.

A fanatstic introduction to Istanbul..
Ali was terrific in bringing Turkish food culture alive. He was in touch on the morning, giving confidence and assurance all was in order. He made it look easy to just purchase what you wanted, you weren't obligated to try anything. The best dish I liked was the fish wrap with pomegranate.. and I dont even like fish! It was well paced and our group connected on the ferry home. This tour quickly gets you started and connected to the city. Im really glad I did it.
