Taste of Two Continentsフードツアーは、イスタンブールの旧市街で始まります。そこで、私たちはスパイスマーケットに近いエミノニュの中心部でツアーを開始します。
市場で仕入れたトルコ式朝食：朝に朝食市場を訪れ、チーズ、バッファロークリーム、ヘーゼルナッツペースト、蜂蜜、オリーブ、乾燥ビーフパストラミ、シミなどのトルコ式朝食アイテムを集め、伝統的なトルコのお茶とメンメンですべてをお楽しみください（トルコのスクランブルエッグ）地元の茶屋で。トルコの文化と日常生活についてのガイドの面白いストーリーを聞いて、これが今までのお気に入りの朝食になるのではないかと思いましょう。
フェリーで強大なボスポラス海峡を渡り、アジア側のよりモダンでシックなカドゥキョイのエリアを探索してください。カディキョイには、イスタンブールで最高の地元のレストランがいくつかあり、子供時代の味を味わいながら外食するのが大好きな新世代のトルコ人が頻繁に訪れます。

2つの大陸の味見ツアーは、カドゥキョイフェリーターミナルで終了します。帰りのフェリーチケットが提供されます。ガイドは、エミノニュフェリー（スパイスマーケットに戻る）またはカラコイフェリーに乗るのに役立ちます。

Excellent guide. By far my best tourism experience during my stay in Istanbul.
I booked this tour after watching a YouTube video about it from one of my favorite travel channels (KaraandNate). A significant amount of the foods we had on my tour were the same as the ones that Kara and Nate had, but there were a few items that were different. Regardless, all of the food we had was AMAZING! I have done previous food tours that amounted to one or two bites of something (effectively, a sample, with me feeling like I needed to go find a meal after the tour); that was NOT the case with this tour! This tour involved a bunch of stops, with breakfast, multiple lunches, lots of snacks, and desserts. If you leave this tour hungry, you have nobody to blame but yourself - - they give you tons of food, and it’s all really good! Our tour guide, Kaan, did a good job of mixing in the history of the region, details about the food we were eating, and the culture in the area; to put it simply, he was awesome! This tour was the highlight of my trip to Istanbul; if I am blessed enough to return to Istanbul, I would repeat this tour (which is not something I frequently say about tours, as I normally like to try new experiences for my tours). I cannot recommend this tour enough - if you book it, you will not regret it!!!
Amazing experience. It was well worth the money. Our guide (Ugur) was excellent. He took the time to get know everyone in our group. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We never would have gotten such a variety and in depth knowledge of this amazing cuisine without this experience.
We had a fabulous tour with Feyzanur Demircan and tried so many different foods. Top tip of the day is don’t eat prior and wear good walking shoes. In August it is also advisable to take a sun hat! Excellent day and we had a great group from all over the world who shared the experience. We had eight adults and two very well behaved under five year olds.
Ali is a profesional guide with full of knowledge & information 👍🏻 The mussels that he introduced were much better than we found on the street by ourselves 😆 I highly recommend this tour if you have no ideas what to try or wanna know something local 😋
We spent the day with selen and it was lovely. The day had a good pace, she was knowledgeable and kind. Not tourist-y. I’m not a tour person and I highly recommend this.

An amazing fun experience and includes a ferry ride across the water. Selen our tour guide was absolutely amazing and made it a very fun day and experience.

Amazing way to explore and experience the culture, history and cuisine of Turkey. Sooooo much food to try! So don't eat breakfast that day!! I am not a fussy eater - and I absolutely loved everything!!! The breakfast stop was great, and amongst my favorites were I think what is called döner kebap (?) and the mussels! I am not even a big mussel fan, but these were truly incredible. Enjoy this FULL day itinerary and food for foodies experience.
