Erbil was our guide and he was absolutely wonderful! We had a group of 18 ladies and he took us to the very best locations, shared some of the history, gave a time to peruse the Egyptian spice market after sampling some Turkish Delight at one stop. We tried a wide range of Turkish food and enjoyed walking between locations and getting n to know more about the city. Highly recommend, Erbil and this tour!

Wonderful Istanbul food tour!

Wonderful experience!
This is a great tour and a great way to experience the city. Our guide, Sercan, was wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable, patient with our questions. We were never rushed and there was not a dull moment. He made the experience feel like traveling with friends. I only wish I could hear more from Sercan!

Spice Market Food Tour in Istanbul, Turkey
Erbil Eraslan was a very knowledgeable and personable guide during this spice food tour. It was a total pleasure. We tried so many good items and saw so much of the Turkish culture along the way. I would highly recommend this tour! You also won't be hungry by the end of the tour. We tried so many yummy foods!

Great experience
We very much enjoyed our Spice Market walking tour. Sercan was very knowledgeable and attentive to the interests and needs of the group. We got to taste a number of different local dishes and combined this with learning more about Turkish culture and history. It was a bonus to do the tour with another Australian couple and the conversations flowed throughout the tour. Would recommend this tour if looking to combine seeing the local sight, while also enjoy local good with an experienced guide!

Exploring Old Istanbul
We had a great experience with Erbil, as we explored the Spice Market as well as some places in Karakoy. I fell in love with Menemen and looked for it every breakfast place I could find. Erbil was so knowledgeable and easy to spend the afternoon with. And of course, the Baklava and Turkish coffee was the perfect ending. This was an excellent tour.

Spice Market Tour
We had a great Spice Market Tour with Erbil today. The food was delicious and the pace of the tour was great for us - as we do not walk fast anymore. All told us was about 2 kilometers total over 3 hours. We highly recommend this tour to get an exposure to the Spice Market as well as a number of different types of Turkish cuisine.

Eating my way through Istanbul
Our tour guide Erbil was excellent. He educated us on the history as well as food of Istanbul. The walking distance was perfect and the variety of food was great.
