今では有名な「クエバス・デル・ドラッハ 」 、 すなわち数百万年かけて作られた地下の驚異「ドラゴンケーブ」にたどり着きます。 これらの洞窟は何世代にもわたって歴史家、地理学者、旅行者を魅了してきた。 事前予約されたチケットのおかげで、エントリーラインをスキップして、そのまま体験へと向かいます。 洞窟内では約1時間30分、自分のペースで探索し、この自然の驚異を満喫します。

Very pleasant and magnificent. We enjoyed the concert and the short boat ride. Our 3-year-old son enjoyed it too (it might scare some because when the concert starts everything is dark and the boats are illuminated, which is very beautiful). Plus, it's cool in there ;-)))

Bus was clean and guide Esther and Driver Juan were excellent. Only negative is instructions and tour operator instructions hard to follow app and chat gave different directions on meeting point and very little info where to park and meet but figured it out by asking so many questions

Thank you Esther! We really enjoyed this tour in the company of our guide Esther. It was nice to have a guide who takes the time to explain things to us in French. She also gave us tips for the visit. The pickup is convenient, the tour very pretty, and we really liked the classical music concert. The boat ride remains very quick.

Lovely and special experience in the caves - the power of nature itself. Worth a visit. Ester was a good and safe guide, easy transportation via Tripadvisor.
Don’t go in peak holiday season! Caves were crowded, no information on the caves other than a QR code at the start of a long line up with limited info. Hour long bus trip either way. Marianne and driver were nice but limited history was given in short bursts and in different languages. I must say though Marianne was impressive given the amount of languages she was able to speak. Boring tour though….

You visited in August, which is the busiest month of the year in Mallorca. The Caves of Drach are one of the island's most visited attractions, so higher visitor numbers are to be expected during peak season. Regarding the journey, the coach transfer from the north of Mallorca to the caves is approximately one hour, exactly as described in the excursion information. In fact, unlike many other excursions on Viator, our service uses a direct coach with no unnecessary sightseeing detours, making the journey as efficient as possible. Finally, Marianne is an official licensed tourist guide, and her approach is to provide concise and interesting commentary during the journey without overwhelming guests with constant information in several languages. Guests who would like more historical details are always welcome to ask, and she is always delighted to share her extensive knowledge. Tour operator was not at the cruise terminal. I had no contact info for him so I called Viator. Viator representative tried contacting him. Tour operator did not answer his phone or respond to email contact from Viator. I have requested a refund of this activity as we were all disappointed.
We are sorry that you missed the tour, but your review does not accurately reflect what happened. Your Viator voucher clearly states that the meeting point is The Poppa Club, not the cruise terminal. Unfortunately, you did not go to the meeting point indicated on your voucher. This is similar to arriving at the wrong airport gate for a flight—the tour cannot wait or change its departure point. On the same departure, 22 other Viator guests arrived at the correct meeting point and joined the tour without any issues, which confirms that the meeting instructions were clear. We are also surprised by your statement that you had no way to contact us. Your voucher includes both our WhatsApp number and the Viator messaging system. On that morning we replied to more than 110 WhatsApp messages between 8:00 and 9:40, yet we received neither a WhatsApp message nor a Viator message from you. We completely understand how disappointing it is to miss an excursion. However, describing us as a "bad tour operator" is unfair when the tour departed as scheduled, all other guests successfully joined it, and the meeting point and contact details were clearly provided on your voucher. All the evidences indicate you missed the tour due to not reading the voucher.

The pickup location was confusing, as it isn't marked, nor staffed, basically it's a place with lots of empty curb space. Lots of people show up all asking if they are here to pick up the tour to the Caves. Sadly, the page did not offer the PP shopping center, that is way closer to the Mallorca port. The ride was about an hour long. Our guide Mariana was super, spoke perfect English, very informed, made the trip more enjoyable with her comments and instructions. Gerardo our driver, a seasoned professional bus driver, smooth ride, no sudden maneuvers nor braking. The caves something else!

++ Impressive caves with stalactites and stalagmites. Walk-through followed by short classical concert and optional boat ride. Visit of around 1 hour and 15 minutes, with time afterwards to eat and buy souvenirs. + Interesting background information provided during bus journey. - Waited around 15 minutes in bus at entrance for driver to sort out tickets.

The bus ride there/back to the hotel was 10/10 super smooth, Esther switched between 4 different languages quite naturally. When we talked a little closer to her, she said she knew 7 languages. Unbelievable! A person who loves his job 100%. The right person in the right place. Such good energy, easy to laugh, told informatively but in a fun way. The cave itself was a cool experience. It still felt a little stressful in there. Would have liked a little more history behind the cave, how it was found, what was found in there. Etc. Nice gig on the underwater lake. We chose to go over to the other side. If you really want to go by boat, you have to expect to queue. There are a few boats that take a few at a time. But it is probably a cool experience for those who wish. Thank you Ester and Michael for a good and fun bus ride. Michael drove the bus through Palma's small streets from hotel to hotel as if he had done nothing else. If you're reading this, Esther, we want you to know how incredibly impressed we are by you as a person. You have such a wonderful personality, and you are exactly where you're meant to be.
