Fabulous experience. Great tour hostess and the caves were wonderful. The classical music was enchanting.

It has been an incredible experience, and I recommend it 100%.

Everything was wonderful, the truth is that we were delighted with the pickup since they picked us up directly at the hotel door. Also they were super punctual and, although there were quite a few people, they had everything super coordinated. I already made the reservation on the recommendation of a friend of mine and now I understand why. Without a doubt an experience that I recommend.

Such a brilliant experience at the Caves of Drach. The caves are absolutely stunning and the atmosphere inside is amazing, especially with the lighting and music. The admission fee felt reasonable for what you get, and the visit was a good length without feeling rushed. It was fairly busy, but the crowd didn’t spoil the experience. Definitely worth doing if you’re in Mallorca — something a little different and really memorable! 😊

Unfortunately Top Tours Mallorca turned out to be Worst Tours Mallorca. I booked a tour for my last day on the island to go and visit the Drach Caves. I had a pick up point confirmed at 8.35. At 9.00 after already waiting half an hour, I received a message to say the bus would pick me up 9.25. No explanation or apology. By 9.40 still no bus had arrived and I received a video supposedly of the meeting point saying the bus had gone and I was not there! I later received another message to say there had been an error and could I go another day! Still no explanation or apology. No thank you. I will waste my time once but once is enough. So I never got to visit the Drach Caves. ☹️ I did find the Viator booking process easy to use and I felt they handled the refund very well. So I would use the same platform to book, but of course with a different operator.
