This place is stunning. The caves are a world wonder and take your breath away. The trip itself, we were picked up on time, the guide was very knowledgeable and spoke many languages.. There are many steps, especially coming back out, it is quite a hike. Tip: When you first go in, everyone crowds round at the entrance and starts taling photos etc… Get through the crowds and continue past them. There is so much more to see past the initial entry point. The music on the lake was stunning and brought mu partner to tears..

Very bad experience with an excursion in Mallorca to visit Mallorca Caves of Drach. The excursion and attraction itself was good, but the driver who took us from and back to the port for pick-up and drop-off was particularly bad. The guide leading the excursion was good and his communication in 5 or 6 different languages was helpful for travellers that don't necessarily have a good proficiency of English. But on the other hand, the driver's behaviour during the journey back from the caves was unacceptable. On the way back, as the bus was already stopped to drop off some passengers at their hotel just next to the city of Palma de Mallorca, I kindly asked him to also let us get off the bus so that we could visit the city, instead of staying on the bus all the way back to the port. The driver then started to be menacing, shouted, and ordered us to stay in the bus, barring the way to the already open bus doors. In addition, he made no slightest effort to try to understand our request. Unfortunately, the very helpful guide had already left the bus at a previous stop so was not there to facilitate communication or try to reason him. The tour was operated by Sidetours, a travel company operating in Spain, and booked via a travel agency called click-mallorca. Despite escalating the problem for investigation, I never got a response back from the provider. Which tells me that Sidetours probably don't care about their customers nor are they willing to investigate lack of professionalism among the staff they hire for their excursions.

Dragon Caves absolutely worth visiting, the classical music mini-concert was a top experience. Very knowledgeable and engaging guide. Very satisfied.

What an amazing experience! A cave is a cave….not! Beautiful! I wish the line wasn’t so long to ride in the boat but it was a great experience!

The coach driver picked up on time gave a good tour en route and back very good friendly informative and humorous. Loved the caves they were spectacular the orchestra was amazing so relaxing. The boat ride was beautiful. Enjoyed every minute and would recommend to others!

Excellent experience. Comfortable air conditioned bus which was at meeting place on time. Informative and pleasant guide. Instructions were clear and given in Spanish, English German and French. The caves were stunning and the concert was delightful. Pearl factory was interesting enough and toilets there were pristine.

Selected our 1/2 day tour and booked through Trip Advisor. Operator was very helpful in selecting the best pick-up point for us. We found the commentary interesting and not overbearing. Used 4 coaches in total and it all went smoothly. There was no pressure to visit the pearl factory, which we were thankful for! For me the highlight was the live concert on the lake, deep inside the caves. It was magical. A pity it didn’t go on longer, ditto the boat ride. Also there was very little interpretation regarding the names of the fascinating rock formations (stalagmites). But this is no fault of the operator of course. Overall we felt it was a worthy contender for our precious holiday time and a value for money trip with this company.

The experience was great! Our tour guide was very fun and informative. The caves were spectacular. My only advice for anyone visiting would be that the boat ride at the end is not worth a long wait in line.

Excellent.Pickup on time, driver and companion new who I was. Went to the pearl factory=fantastic, but the caves were even better. I have a problem with stairs si was not so good going up, but only 5 minutes. Super trip and driver dropped me in a place not on route. Fab!
