Our instructor, was amazing truly. We were on our honeymoon and my wife loves tiramisu and I believe her name was Lisa, made our morning! Not only did she teach us how to make tiramisu but stopped to take our picture and share more knowledge about Italy and the surrounding area. I 100% recommend taking a class in Florence!
While this is not a cooking class you are involved in the preparation for 3 amazing Italian iconic items, tiramisu, canelli and cappuccino. Chef Jon was pleasant and personable making it experience a joy, like hanging out with friends! And the items-AMAZING!!

It was a super fun start to the morning. The chef was super lovely and informative. We made the best tiramisu I have ever had and learning about how the Italians do coffee, which was interesting. It was well thought out and something different to do with when all the walking and crowds get too much. We felt like we genuinely experienced some Italian culture that wasn’t over touristy.

We had such a delightful class! We learned a lot and appreciated the hands-on experience. Our instructor shared details with us to enhance the experience, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be making it back home. To those with kids, this experience was perfect for them. It was a great length for our two-year-old. They incorporated her into the experience (she just had foamed milk instead of cappuccino), and she loved it. This will be one of our strongest memories from our trip - highly recommend!
