It was just wonderful. Seeing how much work goes into creating “real” mozzarella. Great hosts who design everything with a lot of love and passion. TOP! For everyone great, especially as city people you should have really experienced something like this and especially tasted it 🥰 thank you very much

Fun and informative!
What a great experience at Latteria Nicola!!! Nicola and his wife are amazing hosts who perfectly balance the science behind cheese making and the cultural significance of its history with fun. Definitely recommend!!!
