Amazing class! Jess does an incredible job explaining and makes the whole process very beginner friendly, informative, and fun.

My husband and I were traveling with another couple and the four of us took this class. There were only six of us in the class so it felt semi private. None of us had any knowledge or experience with cheese making, but Jess made the class very fun and informative. It was great to be so hands on and to be able to keep your creations separate and take it all home after. The amounts were very generous! I only wish we did this earlier in our trip so we had time to eat it all before we moved to another destination. Make sure to come hungry because once you’re done making the cheese you get to eat the instructors portion along with a bunch of other stuff including a diced truffle spread, cured meats, bread, Stracciatella and caprese. And the drinks kept flowing too! We didn’t have room for lunch after. This was definitely a highlight of our trip!

Magnificent experience with Jessica! Attentive and passionate, Jessica is very knowledgeable and cares about providing a unique experience. The pizzeria is also an enchanting place and a bonus for the importance placed on the quality of the ingredients (local and organic). I particularly appreciated that Jessica held the class even though I was the only participant. For me, it was a highlight of my trip to Florence and I was privileged to be able to experience it despite the absence of other participants. Thanks a thousand times!

Jes was our host and she walked us through the whole mozzarella making process. She was informative and fun! The wine was plentiful as well so it ended up being a lovely afternoon and lunch. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. At the end, we got to take all of the mozzarella we made and enjoyed it with fresh tomatoes and basil for the rest of the trip. If possible, book this experience at the beginning of your visit so you can savor all of your hard work for the rest of your stay.

The whole process was excellent. From booking to cheese making to dinner afterwards, everything was pleasant, efficient and enjoyable. Our instructor was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. We were a family of four that included two teenagers. Everyone made them feel welcome and accomplished. The food and beverages were fantastic! We all enjoyed our experience very much!

We loved this class. Was easy for everyone to follow along and fun to learn about mozzarella making. Few in our group were Gluten Free and this location provides food and snacks for those with gluten intolerance.
