The agency delivers, you'll get your tickets and will get inside the gallery, There is a bit of chaos around everything though, not directly created by the agency but they definitely get engulfed in the disorder to enter the gallery. You can pretty much dismiss their request to be 15 minutes before your entry time, when you get there you might be asked to return 5 mins prior to your entry time or you might get tickets for whatever turn is queuing at that moment.
There are many people wishing to see David. Recommend that you go with the guided tour option as you are helped through the entry process and receive wonderful and insightful information on Michelangelo and of course David. Our tour was fun due our guide Galya who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Michelangelo and David.
The tour time that we had prebooked was rescheduled to a later timeslot in the day. This notification came through approximatley an hour before our scheduled timeslot. Not that big of a deal if we had actually Skipped the Line and gone right inside the museum. We skipped the big line to line and were placed in que in a shorter line with an approx 40 min wait. So it was better than waiting the whole line I suppose that cut the wait in half? skip the line was somewhat misleading. Our guide was very good, knowledgeable & professional. She gave a very nice tour once we were inside. The museum is small and easy to navigate and definitley should not be missed.
This was a great experience everything ran smoothly & skipped the line promptly Amazing museum with David and musical instruments which belonged to the Medici family Would highly recommend
The experience was great, we were running a bit behind schedule as the gallery was at capacity so we entered at 11:20 instead of 10:45. However once inside we had plenty of time to enjoy the exhibitions. Had we purchased the tickets directly with the gallery I think we likely would have had to wait longer. Antonio was a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide.
The museum itself is great and the lines were crazy so it was worth it to do the skip the line. We did go in the afternoon when it was very crowded so for planning purposes note that we still had a little bit of a wait.

Very easy to book, great comms throughout. Good directions so we knew exactly where to meet and the guys there looked after us really well. Obviously a slight queue waiting for our time slot but overall a very smooth and easy experience. And David was spectacular. I would just say the privilege of ‘beat the queue’ was a bit pricey, but the alternative potential queue time counter balances that.
So easy to book, tickets easily accessible. Enjoyed walking around at our own Pace, taking our time and stopping to take it all in. So easy we’ve booked several more.
Amazing experience, it was a fast entry ticket lane, at an assigned time slot, so it was great. Will come back for sure
