My booking was for 4:30 pm. The travel company texted and changed time to 5 and when I reached there they just kept asking to wait for some other group to arrive that I will go inside the museum with. Turns out that besides me there was no other booking for 4:30 so they had tried to arrange me with some other tour agency for whom they had no idea when they will start. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to ask them to cancel to not waste my rest of evening. I so much wanted to see this museum and was very hugely disappointed.

Academia with Silvia
Silvia was a wonderful guide. Local who shared just the right amount of history with a little humor. Entrance was seamless with no line for 845am booking. Would highly recommend.

Academia Gallery Florence
Mama Rosa was wonderful! She was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about Michelangelo and the Accademia Gallery. We learned so much from her. The skip-the-line option was definitely worth it, and we’re so glad we made the right choice. Highly recommended

Our guide, Rosa, made this tour great!
The tour was fantastic!.. our guide, Rosa, was full of great information, but more than that, we just loved hearing her stories (and how she handled the crowds in the way!).. seriously, she was the best!!!
