We have been to the museum without a tour guide several times in the past. Having a guide made the visit so much more meaningful and memorable.

They cancelled both tours we booked with them literally minutes before our time. And they are not refunding us our payment. We travelled to Florence to visit Uffizzi and statue of Acadamia. We travelled all this way to visit this beautiful city and had precooked our tours of Uffizzi Gallery and the statue of Acadamia. Minutes before our viewings were due, the guide emailed us to say that due to unforseen circumstances they are cancelling our booking. No talk of refund. And not picking our calls or responding via email

Very short wait to enter the museum, Martina was our kind, funny tour guide and gave some insights on some of the artworks on the way to see the magnificent David statue. This tour was a perfect, efficient way to see this museum!
