Amazing experience! Great and friendly service from Leonardo and Alberto. Would 100% recommend!
We had a wonderful time at this knife making class with instructor Ann. The space has a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere with an amazing view of Asakusa. Ann was incredibly informative, covering both the cultural background and the hands-on technique, making the experience feel rich and meaningful. We loved that there were plenty of options to customize — from the type of knife to the handle — so the end result felt truly personal. We were so excited to take home something we made with our own hands and will treasure it for years to come. Highly recommend!
Great teacher, spent time with everyone individually
We booked a knife making class on the morning of. Process was seamless. Studio was very easy to find. Alberto was a lovely instructor and very patient. An enjoyable experience indeed!

This is a fun way to spend a few hours, plus you leave with your own sharpened knife. Joji is an excellent instructor. He is patient, yet through. I enjoyed learning from him.
