I had a knife sharpening workshop with Elijah and it was a great experience! He explained everything really clearly, was very friendly and made the whole workshop fun and interesting. I learned a lot and would definitely recommend it!

We had such a great experience at Zen Japanese Craft Studio. Mayuki and Elijah were so sweet and took us through the whole process carefully and with so much fun. 100% recommend to everyone. Plus you get to take home a really high quality knife with your own engraving!!!
The course was good, but in the price there is only one knife and one handle, just be aware of that. For the rest of the part it was great

Excellent experience with Mayuki and Alberto who were very nice. The explanation was very clear and understandable. I recommend them for those who want to create their own customized Japanese knife.
Everything costs extra. There are standard things, and for the cool or special things, you have to pay more at all workshops. The experience was really good and it was a lot of fun. I would recommend it.
