Awesome experience
Harry and Roo were awesome! The lesson was very informative with knife history in Japan and then caring for your knife. Their English is outstanding, so I had no problems understanding. Harry makes an extra effort to encourage everyone to make friends, which is extra nice for solo travelers. The location instructions on Viator were spot on. Thank you so much, Harry and Roo!!

One of a kind sharpening Experience
Zen and Tahmid Sensei explained every process clearly and understandable. They were very kind and the time went by really fast. We are looking forward to cook with our own newly sharpened knives!
