Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of the van and that your driver was there ready to welcome you as soon as you disembarked. Providing a smooth, stress-free pickup is exactly what we aim for. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again on your next visit.

Thank you for your honest feedback—we really appreciate you sharing your experience. We completely understand how challenging it can be to coordinate pickup times at the cruise terminal, especially with the uncertainty around disembarkation, customs clearance, and limited phone connectivity. It’s a common situation, and we truly empathize with the inconvenience that can cause. At Hopincab, we always aim to be as flexible as possible in these cases, and we’re continuously working on improving how we manage cruise pickups to better accommodate these uncertainties—especially for guests without mobile access. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us refine our service further. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even smoother experience next time.

We completely understand that customs can sometimes take longer than expected, so we always do our best to allow flexibility and ensure our guests are never rushed. It means a lot to us that you noticed and appreciated the wait—providing a stress-free experience is exactly what we aim for. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we hope to see you again on your next visit!
