I booked the Henderson Taxi service for trips to and from the Auckland Airport and the city. The process for booking was easy and the driver was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend this service.
Thank you so much for such a great review and also for giving Henderson Taxi an opportunity to be able to provide you with airport transfer services.
Shah, our driver, was easy to communicate with so we knew where to meet him. He was very pleasant and courteous and the drive from the airport to our hotel was most enjoyable.
Thank you for such a great review and also for the opportunity to be able to provide you with airport transfer service.
Initially Anu was very good. He TXT when he was 4-5 minutes away from picking us up from home, for our early morning ride to the airport. On arrival at the airport, we went over the details of our pick-up in 10 days, and Anu assured us he would be there for our ride home. After a very long day driving and flying, we arrived back in NZ 20 mins early. We went to the pick-up point and waited 30mins for Anu. We rang 4 times and TXT Anu to find out where he was, with no answer. Very unprofessional to not even answer the phone. At 1230am, we had to find another way to get home. We still haven't heard from him. Would not recommend this company at all.
Hello Mike Kernot, Thank you for your valuable feedback. When the booking was made, date of pickup from the airport given was 23rd January 2026 (past midnight) and that is what was booked in the system. This means that your flight was suppose to arrive on 22nd January 2026 around 11:00 PM and that you wanted your pickup to be on 23rd January just past midnight. However, your actual flight arrival was on 23rd January 2026 around 11:00 PM. I was at the airport on 23rd January 2026 past midnight for your pickup and tried calling you with no answer. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, left the airport as there was no response and couldn't communicate with you. If correct and clear information regarding your pickup date and time would have been provided, would have definitely done your pickup on the correct date. You can check all the other feedback and reviews on this platform regarding the service that has been provided.
A late booking and also a very early booking. Anu was punctual and very pleasant. 5 stars. I can recommend Anu for your Auckland charters.
Thank you for such a great review and also for the opportunity to be able to provide you with airport transfer services.
Henderson Taxi and Anu himself gave me the service I could wish for. Arrival at AKL early in the morning and an hour late from London. We were shattered but I was confident from the emails previously that Anu would turn up and deliverus to central Auckland hotel safely and without bother. He even waited for payment until getting out of his comfortable car. Like having a kind member of the family . Thank you Anu very much
Thank you for such a great feedback and also for the opportunity to be able to provide you with airport transfer services.
Excellent taxi service from Auckland airport to the CBD. Very easy to complete online quote and agree pick up times etc. Driver (owner) was very friendly and helped with our luggage (loads!) Recommended and I would definitely use again when visiting Auckland.
Thank you Martin for giving opportunity to Henderson Taxi in providing you with airport transfer services and for showing trust. Thank you for such a great review.

Thank you David for such a great feedback and also for the opportunity to be able to provide you with airport transfer services.
We booked transfer from and to Auckland airport as well as transfers to and from Eden Park. Anu our driver was amazing! Clear directions given to meeting points. He was on time and helped us with our luggage. Anu is polite and friendly. I highly recommend Henderson Taxi.
Thank you Jenny for giving Henderson Taxi an opportunity to be able to provide you with your request for airport transfers and also to Eden Park. It was a pleasure helping you and I really thank you for your support.
Once again Anu has provided an excellent service for my travel to Auckland International Departures. Great communication once again and very reliable. Since my last review, which you can only submit every 3 months for same hotel, transfers etc, Anu has also picked me up from International Arrivals at the transfer designated zone. Also provided a transfer for my son and daughter in law for their early morning flight back to Brisbane. They were also very impressed with his service. So I have no hesitation at all in recommending his service.
Thank you once again Lorraine in trusting Henderson Taxi and letting us provide you and your family with airport transfer services.
Anu provided excellent service by ensuring I had all the information I needed and was very accommodating
Thank you David for trusting Henderson Taxi and for providing you service for your airport transfer request.
