プライベートオークランド空港送迎：ミニバンのシティホテル発着

We sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet expectations. An unexpected motorway accident caused the delay, and although our driver kept you informed, we understand your frustration. Our driver was new and undergoing training, and we recognise that better preparation for airport procedures is essential. While traffic incidents are sometimes beyond our control, providing a professional and confident service is our responsibility. Thank you for your constructive feedback. We will use it to improve our driver training and ensure a better experience for our future customers. We appreciate you choosing HOPinCAB for your return journey and hope to have another opportunity to serve you better. Kind regards,
