Good organization, and convenient for an airport transfer to downtown. Professional and serious.
The driver was excellent, nice, happy, helpful and very respectful. He waited for me, and he had a very good humor. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE 1000% . TJS VIATOR

Many thanks as I was late coming out of the terminal and missed my booking . When I finally got to the pickup point the shuttle had left. There was another driver there who was going in a different direction but he rang thru to ensure someone would collect me as it was late at night .
Easy to find. Departed on schedule instead of waiting for a full van. Efficient and pleasant. Driver was perfect.
Communication was poor before and during pick… figured operator would message pick up time and what spot to look for.. no use of whatsapp
The driver was good. He had a good customers' services. He is very patient with his customers. His driving was good and careful although it was rained heavily.
I used the service 3 times: on arrival in Auckland we went straight to the van without reservation and then 2 times out to the city and back to the airport with reservation. The service was excellent. They looked for us super punctual by the hotel. All drivers very attentive.
Super shuttle service is easy to find near the exit. After a few inconsistencies with our reservation (via the app) we were then dropped off right in front of our hotel. I recommend it.
Everything went smoothly. After customs just walk outside following the sign "Supershuttle". They sent a msg asking to confirm I am out of customs and they were waiting there. Several ppl joined on the same shuttle. Everything went well. Good price.
