There was clear communication of where to meet My driver. I grabbed my checked luggage and walked a few feet and Located my driver who had a digital sign with my name. He took my luggage and guided me to his awaiting vehicle just outside the terminal. On my driver who in, he told me things to do in the city since this was my first time in Auckland. The ride was comfortable and quick. He even gave me info on things around my hotel

Sanjeev was communicative before we even arrived, he was exactly where he said he would be, kind, very good driver and knowledgeable about New Zealand.
Thank you so much for your review
Raj was in constant contact with me before my flight took off in the U.S. and once I landed. He was waiting as soon as I left customs and carried my luggage to the car. I would 100% use this service again instead off trying to find where the ride share area is in the airport.

Good communication beforehand to give pertinent information. Driver was right there waiting for us as we entered baggage claim. Very nice clean and large van. Our driver had fun facts about NZ and we learned a lot on the drive into city.

It was a giant relief after a 12-hour flight to see a friendly person holding a screen with my name making for an easy transition to the hotel.

Just a fantastic experience. Our flight was delayed from Sydney, I have sent a message to Sanjeev. When we arrived at Auckland, he was there waiting for us with a big welcoming smile. He's not just a driver, he also act as a tour guide, telling us about area/place that we are passing by. Just an awesome customer service. Thanks Sanjeev.
