The driver was already outside the baggage claim waiting for us when we arrived. He patiently waited until everyone of us got out from customs. The only thing is, we did not get picked up right in front of the terminal. The driver said that they are not allowed to pick up passengers in front of the terminal. We had to walk few steps to the parking area where the van was parked. The driver loaded and unloaded all our luggages, but was not careful when he unloaded them when we arrived at our hotel. He was pulling them from the van and dropping them on the ground even though my husband helped him. We were afraid that the wheels will break from the way he was handling them. Aside from that, the van was clean and descent. I will use this company again next time.
