Great experience. Do it the first few days.
We did not expect that tour, we left delighted. The service was super friendly, everything was very easy, she explained the life of the Panamanians, markets, neighborhoods in detail... Everything we tried was delicious. Highly, highly recommended.

Real Panama City Biking Tour
Great local owners and guides..Stop along the way and sample the local cuisine..I love the fresh squeezed fruit drinks..watermelon lime was addictive.Some fruits I have never seen or sampled before..Wear comfy clothes and sneakers.

Super fun bike ride
Super fun bike ride with guide Elena, who could tell about the city and its history in a very entertaining way. Delicious culinary bites eaten on the way. She took plenty of time for us with our daughters of 7 and 11 years old. It's very nice to see parts of the city that you wouldn't otherwise see

Incredible biking & food tour - can’t wait to go back!!
I just found that I never published this review so am taking time to get it out there even many months later because my experience was so fantastic!!! We had an incredible day biking around, learning about the history of Panama, hearing stories, and getting endless recommendations on restaurants & places to visit & more. It instantly felt like a small group of friends vs a tour, and we extended & then all decided to go for food & drinks after. It was so clear that Elena & her husband have so much love for Panama City & the places they share & bring so much authentic joy as they bring people around. I recommend them to anyone & everyone who is lucky enough to visit Panama City & see it through their eyes!! ❤️❤️

Best part of my trip to Panama City!
It was amazing! The tour guides were wonderful, big up Elena and the honorary Jamaican, Aron :). My friends and I had so much fun! Was a great way to see some of the communities and local spots in the city. Definitely worth every dollar.

She did a great job — knowledgeable, fun, and kept the group moving at a good pace while still making sure we saw the highlights and learned about the history of the area. Really enjoyable ride through the old town. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bike tour in Casco Viejo.
