ペレシュ城はシナイア近郊のカルパティア山脈にある壮大なネオルネサンス様式の要塞である。 1873年から1914年にかけて、国王キャロル1世の命令で王室の住居兼狩猟ロッジとして建てられたこの建物は、ゲルマン・ルネサンス、ゴシック・リバイバル、バロック様式が融合しています。 城は造園された庭園に囲まれ、素晴らしい山の景色を眺めることができます。 内部には、王室のアパート、図書館、ヨーロッパの美術、彫刻、中世の武器のコレクションなど、160以上の部屋があります。 複雑な木工細工、ステンドグラスの窓、精巧な装飾で知られるペレシュは、ルーマニアの王室の豪華さを反映しています。 王立武器庫は中世の武器の豊富なコレクションを展示しています。 ルーマニアで最も人気のある観光スポットの1つとして、ペレシュ城は王室の遺産と卓越した建築の象徴です。 緑豊かな森の中にある絵のように美しいロケーションは、トランシルヴァニアで必見の場所です。 !!!! 月曜日と火曜日は、ペレシュ城は内部が閉鎖されます。 見学できるのは庭園と外観のみ。

Octavius is an excellent and polite driver and guide. A wide knowledge in the history of Romania. Always find the quick and good ways Arriving at destination, clean and spacious car. Interesting and comfortable, very good English. We had a long and fun day and even got a meeting with a brown bear, not part of the show. Highly recommended.

A great day trip out from Bucharest with the very personable and English speaking Tavi, imparting great knowledge of the history of the country and both Peles & Bran (Dracula’s) Castle, We also visited the beautiful fortified old town of Brasov where we saw spectacular views and had a traditional Romanian lunch of pork and bean broth in a bread bowl. We also had the best gelato we have ever eaten and that includes a handful of visits to Italy!

We had a full day trip with a private driver & guide, called Tavi. He was so friendly & knowledgeable. When we’re travelling for so long, it’s important to us to have a good, safe driver & a friendly one like Tavi is an absolute bonus. It was a long tour, but we had our expectations managed from the outset. We were given water in the car, a nice touch. Tavi was super knowledgeable about the places we visited & amenable to slight time & order of visit changes. Tavi hand-held us through what to expect & how to buy tickets ..I would definitely recommend this driver to anyone.

Our Driver-quide was on time and very helpful during our one day visit to Sinai city, Dracula castle and Peles Castle. The car was very clean, he was very polite and he offered to help us in everything we needed. We strongly recommend to choose him and for sure we will call him again in the future.

An unforgettable experience. From the first moment to the last. Octavian, a great driver, made us feel super safe the entire time; he was very polite and kind, and he ensured that we will never forget these moments. We had a great day out on this excursion. It is a long day with plenty of driving but the scenery was wonderful and the time passed quickly with our excellent guide, Roxana.
