This is probably the best evening you could spend in Puglia. Enza and her family made us feel so at home! Plenty of food, drinks, music and laughter. An evening to remember!

Cooking with Enza and Antonio and their daughter is the best experience we had on our 3 week Italian Holliday. If you don't attend this wonderful experience you are truly missing out on a great time.

This is the BEST experience you can ever imagine. We were greeted by Enza, christiana and Antonio our hosts! They were so welcoming and personable. They hosted 12 of us in their outdoor area including pool and gardens. We had a wonderful cocktail party with prosecco and home made apperatiffs. Then onto pasta making class on their deck with a sunset. Gorgeous view . Enza is an amazing teacher We learned how to make orrechiette and a second pasta . She and Antonio then cooked our pasta and served two different dishes for us to eat along with VINO ! Finally, the homemade limoncello and dessert We thoroughly enjoyed the evening! No one wanted to leave.

What a wonderful experience in the home . It was really fun . Super welcome drinks and nibbles. Pasta making was great - and then we had dishes cooked by hosts with the pasta we had made . Wine selection lovely too. Lovely sociable occasion too with ten other couples

We were recommended by some other travellers we met to book this cooking class with Enza and Antonio and are we ever thankful we did! We had an amazing evening learning how to make 2 kinds of pasta but along with the pasta lesson we were treated to incredible hospitality, a warm welcome, delicious food, a night of new connections, laughter and all around an amazing experience we will cherish forever. We loved every minute of our cooking class. What an honour it was to spend time with this lovely family learning how to cook pasta. You will love it as well!

A MUST DO!!!! One of the highlights of our trip to Puglia. Enza and her family were fabulous hosts AND we learned a ton about cooking & food from the Puglia region. There were essentially three segments to the evening: (a) cocktails, apps and conversation - really just learning about each other; (b) the "classroom" portion - learning how to make a couple of different styles of pasta - lots of laughing while we learned; and (c) sitting down for dinner with the family - great food, wine and conversation. We spent 3.5 hours together and it was a fabulous evening - so worth the time and we would have paid twice as much for the experience. THANK YOU!!!

What a wonderful evening at Enza's and her family's home! We were a mixed group of 8 nations of different ages who nevertheless cooked, ate, and drank together harmoniously. After a brief welcome and introduction of all participants, there was first a lavish appetizer platter with homemade pastries and sauces as well as local sausage and cheese varieties, accompanied by a good Prosecco. Then it was time to get to work:. Enza showed us in a very relaxed way how to make the pasta, then how to roll out the dough and skillfully shape the orecchiette. Each participant had their own small workstation, and we tried diligently to emulate Enza, but none of the participants even came close to achieving that perfect, uniform shape. After that, we moved on to making macaroni using special thin metal rods, which looked effortless for Enza, but for the rest of us - well... This was followed by an engaging conversation among the individual participants while Enza prepared the sauces and the orecchiette and macaroni were cooking. Afterward, the pasta menu with the 2 different types of pasta and 2 different sauces was served at the table by Enza, accompanied by 2 different red wines. It tasted delicious! For dessert, there was a type of tart called crostata, also very tasty and not too sweet. Finally, Antonio, Enza's husband, served us a homemade limoncello, a delight. At this point, I would like to mention that Enza was actively supported throughout the entire evening by Antonio and her lovely daughter; my express thanks go to them as well. Antonio took photos and filmed throughout the entire evening, and the participants received the short film via WhatsApp that same evening; great service! I can highly recommend this cooking class at the beautiful estate of Enza and her family. Magali + Klaus

By far the best cooking class in all of Salento, all of Puglia and probably all of Italy. Enza and Antonio welcome you into their home for the most beautiful, traditional, southern Italian experience you can imagine. The food is outstanding and the company, even better.
