There was a booking error so we missed our original class scheduled in Lecce, but I’m kind of glad that happened because we just had the best time. Mimma and Ciro in Brindisi were so gracious and friendly and we had a great time learning to cook some local dishes and having great conversations. 100% would recommend.
Fantastic experience! Pierangela is very kind and made the experience fun! She answered all our many questions and was easy to talk to. The food we made, plus the aperitif she provided, was SO delicious!! We are excited to go home and try out the recipes we learned!
Katia was very welcoming! I had a great experience and the food was delicious! I definitely would recommend.
Had a great morning with Pierangela where she taught me how to make two local pastas and the most delicious tiramisu. She and her husband were very welcoming and provided gorgeous pasta sauces, bread, cheeses, and other lovely dishes (and of course Prosecco!). Looking forward to receiving the recipes so I can try them at home. Recommend this class highly to get a real taste of local cooking.
Pierangela was a great host. I’m very inexperienced at cooking, so she had to show me some of the (very) basics. If you had told me I’d make pasta by hand in my life I would not have believed you. The pasta meal and tiramisu tested excellent (due to both of our efforts) and the appetizer spread she provided was perfect.
We had an amazing time with Giuseppe, she welcomed us into her place with great paintings and lovely decor. We made two pastas and had dinner with a fantastic appetiser. Highly recommend!
An unforgettable time spent with Katia and her family - so welcoming, lighthearted and authentic We learned a lot about pasta making, tasted delicious food and wine and we were made to feel so welcome in Katia’s home ❤️ It wasn’t rushed and so relaxed. Katia really cares about making sure you have the best time and we really did! Katia was great at being in close contact with us so we arrived easily with very clear information. It was also lovely meeting Katia’s partner, her son and mum 😃 we chatted for hours! Lunch was fantastic - we never expected to have such a wonderful time! Our first cooking experience in Italy and it was amazing! Both Roddy and I highly recommend this! 🥰 very special ❤️🇮🇹 Thank you Katia so much
Katia and her family are wonderful. We had the most amazing day. The pasta making was fun and the lunch fabulous. We were made to feel so welcome and felt like part of the family. There was a mix up with the location and Katia and her husband actually came and picked us up. I would recommend everyone visiting Lecce do this tour !
The cost of this experience was astronomical for what we got‼️Francesca was lovely 👍There was limited hands on experience with sauces. And actual cooking. Would have enjoyed a family style experience of eating with a family.
