We had the best evening learning how to make pasta with Lisa and Fabio! What amazing hosts, so welcoming, in such a lovely home. The food and wine was delicious! I look forward to making fresh pasta when I get home. Highly recommend this beautiful experience for anyone visiting the Lecce area.

Lisa and Fabio were amazing hosts! They welcomed us into their beautiful home and treated us like family. The ambiance was perfect and the company even better. Lisa prepared appetizers that were incredible. We loved the Apulia food so much we had to have the recipes. We also had wonderful local wines served by Fabio that were recommended by their Sommelier son. We then moved on to the making of orecchiette and macaroni pasta that was then prepared with homemade sauces to eat. We then had an unexpected fabulous dessert! Our hosts went out of their way and gave us a better experience than we expected. We became friends and are now Facebook friends!

This class was a highlight of our Puglia trip. Lisa and Fabio were the most wonderful hosts and teachers. We had so much fun learning to make the different pastas, and it was some of the best we ate on our whole trip! Lisa and Fabio offered delicious snacks and wine throughout the evening. The hosts Lisa and Fabio are like family. They are so sweet and great teachers! I would recommend this class for couples, friends, family. You will learn how to make pasta by hand and eat truly homemade local food! A must in Lecce!

Our evening with Fabio and Lisa learning how to make two types of pasta and learning about the foods and culture of Lecce was definitely a highlight of our five-week trip through Puglia. Our hosts were so welcoming and offered us such a delicious dinner and wines after we learned pasta making techniques. It was an absolutely delightful experience! We highly recommend their class!
