The driver who picked up my husband and I was excellent. He contacted me prior to the pickup time to let me know he was near by. We stayed in contact until we were off the ship. As he drove us to our hotel he told us about the history of buildings we passed and gave us information about things to do in Barcelona. Our driver was excellent and I would recommend him!

This was so easy once we got off the ship they were waiting with our name card. Helps with luggage and off we were to our hotel.

Pickup did not go as advertised on website. The driver was late. He did not have a sign with our name on it, and he lacked basic information. Instead, once he arrived he called me via WhatsApp on my cell phone (which was absolutely unexpected) and proceeded to describe himself so we could find him. He also spoke broken English which made communicating harder. It is our opinion that Viator ran out drivers and sought the help of a random taxi driver to fill in who clearly lacked information on us and the company's procedure about pickup. We don't necessarily blame the driver, we blame the company. They should have informed us of the name of the driver, that he was running late, and what to expect when he finally arrived because he would not have a sign with our name on it. We booked and paid for this pickup 2 weeks in advance. No excuse for this. Very bad communication on behalf of the company.

Thought we were getting a private car eg Mercedes but it was a regular taxi barely fit us had to have carry ons on our laps

Convenient and stress free arrangement for a driver. Pick up was on time and driver texted when he arrived.

The driver was very friendly, showed up on time. We actually asked him to return to pick us up the next day .

Would highly recommend for your travel transfers from the cruise port to downtown Barcelona. Crazy busy place to find your ride, but our driver was already there and waiting for us. We had such a pleasant experience that we used our same driver for our airport transfer.

After paying $90+, I expected to have a driver waiting with our name and ready to escort us out of the cruise terminal. Instead, the driver calls less than 10 minutes to pickup time, to ask the pickup time and say he will be 10 to 15 minutes late. He then proceeds to show up 25 minutes late and texts my husband his license plate and told us to come find him. This was after we told him it was 4 of us including 2 small children and 6 pieces of luggage! We told him no way that he needed to come help us! Keep in mind there are plenty other drivers there who came to collect their clients and assisted them as is standard protocol. He then got upset as he helped us with the luggage and told us we were too slow and causing a traffic jam (not our fault he didn't park properly). When I got in the car I verified twice that he had the correct address and he quickly brushed me off and said yes. He then pulls up to the wrong hotel and demands we get out even when I told him this was incorrect. When I showed him on Google maps where he was to go, he cussed out loud and slammed the door so hard, my son started to cry. He then admitted he got the wrong address. This was not the start we expected in Barcelona and definitely not worth that amount of money. Stay clear from this company and service!

We were transferred from the cruise port on time and safely. Driver has great communication and we were able to find him easily in the huge crowd of disembarking passengers. We were so happy that we booked a transfer ahead of time. It worked out perfectly.

Even though I had to call and change the pickup time, I received another driver quickly and was taken to my hotel smoothly and efficiently.
