I reserved a transfer for 12. We had a very hard time finding him. He arrived in a mini van which wouldn’t accommodate us. He did call for another van to transfer the rest of the party. He didn’t know the location of the hotel and we were weary to leave the van. The language barrier was difficult.

As soon as it became clear that your group size and luggage requirements could not be comfortably accommodated in a single vehicle, we immediately arranged a second vehicle so that all 12 passengers could travel safely and comfortably to the destination. We would also like to clarify that Taxi2BCN operates with licensed taxi vehicles. Our company name clearly indicates that we provide taxi transportation services rather than large private coach or shuttle vans. In Barcelona, taxis benefit from dedicated taxi and bus lanes, which often allow for faster and more efficient transfers, especially during periods of heavy traffic. Regarding the destination, our drivers followed the address provided in the reservation and did their best to assist despite the language barrier. Plenty of room for our 4-person travel party, big suitcases, and backpacks. Taxi was a few minutes late due to traffic but the driver was in contact with us. It all went smoothly.

Driver was waiting for us. He spoke excellent English and was able to provide a quick tour to show us how to get around. Contacted me thru What's App. I was so pleased I asked him to take us to the airport a couple days later. Excellent service with a wonderful driver. Highly recommend.
