Best Transfer Service ever
It is always a bit scary to be arriving in a non English speaking country not knowing the area. PRRFECT communication was waiting right out side of the exit and sent us a picture as well. The driver was kind helpful and spoke very well I would not consider anyone else. Much better than a previous experience 2 years ago from another provider

Way too expensive..just get a taxi.
Way too expensive. This was double the price they should have charged. It was a simple taxi ride so future guests should just get a taxi instead of booking this private transfer because there were plenty of taxis available for 1/2 the price I paid. The taxi also is a “private transfer”.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the transfer was expensive and that the service did not fully meet your expectations.
Our private transfers are priced to include door-to-door service, professional drivers, scheduled pickup, assistance with luggage, and the convenience of having a vehicle reserved in advance—especially important during busy cruise terminal times. However, we truly appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure our services provide great value for our guests.
Thank you for choosing our service and for sharing your experience.

We arrived earlier than...
We arrived earlier than expected at the Cruise terminal. A request for an earlier pick up was made an approved. We were told someone would be outside the terminal with our name on a sign. We waited over an hour and called back. The party that answered the phone was rude and yelling at us saying his guy was there for 45 minutes, calling us before he finally left. We told them no one called the phone on the reservation and the number they called , that phone was shut off due to no longer having Wi-Fi once we were off the ship.
At no time was there anyone standing there with our name on the sign as instructed. We checked every person that had a sign for more than an hour.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your impression of the experience.
As per your request, your pickup time was confirmed for 10:00 AM, but we arranged for the driver to arrive early at 8:45 AM to accommodate your schedule. The driver was at the terminal with your name sign and waited for over 45 minutes, calling you multiple times without receiving an answer. Since we received no response, we later dispatched another driver who successfully picked you up and transferred you to your hotel.
We understand that your phone was not working after disembarking, which unfortunately made communication difficult. We always aim to provide a smooth and timely service, and we’re glad that we were ultimately able to complete your transfer.

Excellent service
We disembarked our cruise ship earlier than expected and contacted Viator to advise them. They managed to bring forward our booking by an hour and sent a very helpful driver. He managed to find us easily despite the crowds of passengers and drove us safely to our hotel.
