Driver texted when he was nearby, so we were able to message our exact location. Easy! There was a marathon event that Sunday, so driver had to figure out an alternate route to our hotel.
Car was good, but the service could be better. Constant rush because the driver had to go to the next pick up. They should plan for some extra time each trip.
Dear Madam, Your scheduled pickup time was 10:00 from your hotel. The driver arrived on time and was ready to pick you up as arranged. However, you and your family were not ready at the scheduled time, and the driver waited approximately 20 minutes before departure. Therefore, it was not the driver who was rushing, but rather that the pickup was delayed due to your late arrival. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration and be fair and accurate when leaving a review.
Driver was on time in a very comfortable van for 5 people and a lot of luggage. A very good driver during the morning rush hour
