Used Viator for our tranfers from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise, cruise port back to airport. Thought it would make our trip to Barcelona easier. The website made it look like you were getting private or semi private transportation when in fact you were getting a local taxi service at almost double the price. The app was not user friendly. You could not message on the app unless they messaged you first. That said, they did show up when they said they would and they did respond when I called.

The driver was on time, kept in contact with us while we got off our cruise and got us to airport quickly. Nice driver and clean vehicle. I highly recommend this service!

Excellent service in Barcelona.
Our driver was prompt and professional. We able to adjust our pickup time without issue. We had a similar experience on on arrival in Barcelona with the airport to port transport.

Great experience
From the pick to drop experience was amazing . Driver was on time we had no problems getting on the airport from the cruise . Very professional . Pick up was at 7:00am

Easy Port to Airport Transfer.
Easy pickup and drive to airport. We avoided the bus lines, cab lines, etc. Cheaper than "deal" from cruise line for a bus trip.

Driver was on time. There was an accident on the usual route he would have taken to deliver us to the airport, so he had to reroute and was able to get us to the airport on time.

Hassle free.
The driver could not find a parking space so phoned me just before our pick up time and told me where he was, just a few yards from where we had expectedto meet.
His very smart Lexus was spotless.
