I wish to report the VERY SERIOUS DISORGANIZATION and the TOTAL LACK of PROFESSIONALISM on the part of this agency. I regularly purchased and paid in advance for the entire tour route. Despite this, we were left stranded halfway through the journey, without receiving any warning phone call, no attempt at contact and without the managers checking on our presence before leaving. I find it UNACCEPTABLE that a tour operator ABANDONS a PAYING CUSTOMER during the itinerary. I had to arrange our return independently. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and safe service!

Fantastic time at the Studio Tour!
My daughter and I have a fabulous time on the studio tour. We loved the sets and learned so much about all the behind the scene work of the movies. We purchased the extended tour, and were able to go through the entire tour at our own pace. We even had extra time left to look through the gift shop, go get butterbeer ice cream (the best!), and wait for the bus. I wasn’t sure at first if we needed the extra time, but I’m glad I got it. By the time we had gotten through the first half of the tour and had lunch, we only had an hour left to finish the second half, which I think we would have had to rush through it and not really be able to absorb it all. The bus transportation was great. It was not hard to find the location for boarding, and the ride was comfortable. Also, I tried to get my own tickets a month ago to the tour online before I booked tickets on Viator. I was not able to get morning tickets, as the only availability was late afternoon. Through Viator, I was able to get in the tour earlier. I was so glad for that, before I had limited days in London!

Good for Transportation
Was more of a transportation option than a tour, but made things easy. Warner Brother Studios was super cool, would rate that 5/5!

Bus drops you off near the entrance. Tour itself is well done and worth the price. Butter beer is heavily pushed for purchase.

So much more than expected!
A few similar scenes to Universal Orlando, but so much more!! Great behind the scenes of the art, designs, animatronics, costumes and efforts the cast and crew went thru for many years!

Harry Potter did not disappoint!!
We had an amazing experience. It was unbelievable to see all that actually went into the making of all the films. The only downfall was not having enough time to fully enjoy the whole studio. We had to rush through the end to make sure we were back to our bus.

Shop around its expense
It was a wonderful experience with my grandchildren however the bus ride was not great The bus was too old and for the money we paid I think there could have been a better experience on the way to the Warner Bros studio. The studio it’s was great a wonderful experience
