Fantastic day out for all the family loads to say arrive early you can grab breakfast before you go in at 10 o’clock. Spent most of the day here easy parking and lots for everyone to see and do a 10 out of 10 experience.

OK...so I see there is only one other review here and it is a 5 star review with no explaination to back it up . I am such a Harry Potter fan that when I was booking the trip to UK...there was not way I was going to miss this. I had to go. All I can say is that I felt abused by their program. And when I say program...you are not allowed to go into the exhibits and see the eye candy you have been craving. FIRST you have to go through a series of events...including a bunch of enthusiastic, energetic, young people who probably are unemployed actors...yelling and reving you up from a stage, while you are forced to sit in an auditorium. THEN.. funneled again into a theater...where you ar forced to watch a video made by the wonderful actors in Harry Potter...talking about their experience in the making of the movies. This is all well and good, and interesting...but it is MADITORY..you have no choice in the matter. THEN...when you finally get through all their indoctrination...you get to see the things you came to see...the pathway from one set to another is again funneled through 3 gift shops on the way. Just as people tell me about Disneyland...the little vignettes that you would want to see...like boarding the Hogwarts Express, or the Night Bus, or enter the set of the house he grew up in with his horrible muggle family.....LINES!!! LINES!!!LINES!!! It was just not worth it to me to spend my life on a line to see a set. So...I was insulted, irritate, and infuriated by this terrible excuse for FUN!!!

Date of Visit: March 27, 2026. My wife is the Harry Potter fan; I am, eh. Until this trip. OMG!! It is amazing!! She paid for the "big" personal tour, which is pricey; however, you have a wonderful personal guide who greets you outside the studio and takes you to breakfast (a full English breakfast with a Potter twist: my wife had Butterbeer pancakes). From there... It's an amazing three-plus hours of touring the sets, seeing the behind-the-scenes work involved, and listening to your guide give you little pieces that regular touring folks won't get. (You also get a bunch of gifts as well) Our tour guide was Jaqueiline H. Jaqueline is a beautiful young lady, with an amazing wealth of knowledge, the delivery of a polished actress, and a smile that will melt hearts and make instant friends! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her and having her guide us through this amazing place! Even if you're not a Harry Potter fan, this is a visit worth making. You'll be amazed at how the first book became a movie, and how it just snowballed from there. And the stories by the actors, the artists that created all the models, costumes, makeup, etc, it's just an incredible experience. And Jaqueline, if you see this: we were the two Arizonans who were former US Air Force pilots.
