So you will have two tour guides on this. Our first guide was slightly late, but she went above-and-beyond to ensure we all knew how we'd get back. Once we were on the tour, our guide Galyna was amazing-she was super enthusiastic & engaged, and made a point of ensuring we got to see the parts of Harry Potter that WE asked for...favorite characters, favorite spots, lots of picture opps, all above-and-beyond, and then she got us back into the tour so we could continue to go at our own pace. Would recommend, even with it being pretty expensive.

Wish I had gone earlier. The tour truly takes 4 hours (includes 45 min meal break). Its worth it all My only complaint is that the guide was unable to keep people who were not on our tour from joining in.

Not a private tour as others just joined in all the time. Also, this tour does not help with lines or getting in to things quicker.

Viator itself usually arranges the trip to the studios and the tickets. This is nice for foreigners who don't know the way in London. The studios themselves are of course fantastic

Tour guide was very nice , had a wonderful experience . A guide lead us from the bus station to the train to the studio.

This was such a great tour! Being met at the train station by Joe, and having him get the tickets and guide us to the train, and then the bus was a huge help. At the tour itself- Troy was a fantastic guide, and the extra knowledge that he added along the way really enhanced the experience. The small group size was great. Highly recommended!

Pickup from Euston Station was easy. Guide who got us from London to Warner Brothers and explained how to get back was brilliant. Everyone felt very supportive and confident about the journey. Our Guide, Libby, at the studio was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable and very smoothly moved us amongst the crowds sharing interesting, background information. A great day. Money well spent.

I got sick in middle of night with diverticulitis flare up and had fo go to doctor in the morning so I couldnt make the trip. The next morning I was emailed the guide never showed up to meet group at check point over and hour away from Harry Potter Studio. They told guest they were sorry for the inconvenience and they needed to get their own transportation and they would reimburse them (on the morning of the trip). So due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel and Viator who subcontracted the tour through City Works wouldn't refund or issue a credit. But it is ok for them not to have a guide at check point morning of trip. Because its ok for the tour company to have a last minute emergency and not show up but not for the customer to have an emergency. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.

Took our money but they are a no-show with 10 people waiting. Contacted TripAdvisor with a refusal to assist

All was great. The guide is the best.
