I have to say, the experience was amazing. It was so organised and easy. The private guide at the studio, Nicolas, was such a good fellow. He made the whole experience special for my daughter and was very helpful. The guide who helped us reach the studio also made sure we all were comfortable and was super sweet and helpful
The daughter is a big Potter fan and she was super happy. Well maintained and modern but juicy prices for shopping and food.
Caty,guide was flawless! She brought all the movies to life and taught us so much of the backstories! We have taken so many tours all over the world, but this was by far the best for so many reasons! First of all being the guide! The children, pages 10 and 13 were mesmerized by all her information. As where are we!
Extraordinary visit and mostly full day planning if you want to get a full benefit and not to rush it!
The fully guided tour is the way to go! Kevin told story after fascinating story, about props, wigs, actors, staging, effects, you name it! And we got to skip all the lines.
The tour guide never showed up at the meet up point. We were told to take a taxi ourselves and they would refund the cost, but the refund process has been horrible. The tour guide was supposed to then meet us as Warner Bros Studio, but no one showed up again. After a lot of waiting with cranky kids, the studio finally provided the tour. We had to take a taxi back, but the company refused to refund that money. It's been an awful experience and I haven't received a refund from the tour or from TripAdvisor.

The absence of your guide was completely unexpected and occurred at the very last minute due to an unforeseen emergency. To prevent you from waiting any longer at the meeting point with your children, our team provided the option to take a taxi to the studios so you wouldn’t miss your entry slot. We are truly sorry that the communication broke down regarding the guide meeting you at the Warner Bros Studio, and that your experience turned into such a stressful ordeal. We also sincerely apologize that the refund process has been so difficult and inadequate. We want to make this right and resolve the issues regarding your tour and transport refunds immediately.

Nirvana for Potter fans. I took my son and his family after visiting twice before. Seeing the excitement in my grandchilden's faces was priceless.
I am disgusted by the tour operator. First off they kept trying to get me off the VIATOR app and use their direct app and that doesn’t work for me as I’ve been burned in the past. Next every time I tried to communicate in text I would get a catch all auto response and no real answers or communication. Then I was running 5 minutes behind and they called me and told me I was to be there at 11:50 not 12:05 and they were leaving and too bad I was responsible for being there. I understand yes but things happen and I very much kept trying to communicate but no response. Lastly I called them back and the guy told me that I was talking to loud and and he would just hang up how would I like that. Look at my bookings. I’ve never given a negative review. This needs your attention! In the end I paid an extra 300 dollars to get to the tour and back. Unacceptable and I want something done about this. Thank you

This is why our vouchers clearly state the exact meeting address, location details, and directions to help guests arrive on time. While our team always aims to be as accommodating as possible, tours must begin promptly out of respect for all guests and due to the strict timed-entry restrictions attached to venue tickets. Unfortunately, guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or expired tickets are non-refundable. We do, however, offer the possibility to reschedule, subject to availability and a small rebooking fee. Regarding the app, it is provided simply to facilitate communication between customer service, guides, and tour participants, and we are sorry if you experienced difficulties using it.
Matt made it very easy to get to WB, being with our group until we got to security. The idea of being fully guided meant we skipped queues to see some exhibits. Would recommend to anyone
