Excellent experience. He was there early, waiting for us as we exited the airport holding a sign with my name. Had a great conversation on our way in to Reykjavik as he answered questions.

Messy was there waiting for us just outside the baggage area. He had a placard with my name on it. He was very friendly, the car was comfortable and clean.

Driver was nice and helpful in communication with us, getting our bags to the van. His driving was very scary though. But we arrived safely!

Driver didn’t show up . We had to call Viator for for driver to show. Driver was texting while driving.

You spent a long time at immigration, and the majority of passengers understand that delays can occur at this time due to the EU bio-metric process. We have provided our contact number and encourage passengers to use the messaging platform so we can quickly assist if they have difficulty locating their driver. As confirmed by other passengers that day, immigration was experiencing delays due to a machine issue, and we reached out to several passengers who confirmed this. You contacted us directly and not viator. We immediately advised you where to wait while your driver met you there in less than two minutes, as he was already inside the arrivals hall. We’re glad we could help resolve the situation quickly and that you reached your destination safely. We sincerely apologise and are concerned to hear that the driver was texting while driving.
