Again another great tour and TOUR GUIDE!! Anthony was very helpful and understanding. When people amde a mistake by not listening to him - he would not get upset, but would turn around and help them to make sure they got all of there tour in (maybe out of order). We truely enjoyed the falls - it is worth going.

I had a very warm welcome from the tour guide and bus driver Johnny. He did an amazing job, very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great day learning lots of cool interesting facts along the way.

Fantastic tour , great knowledgeable guide. Lunch at the Sheraton Falls View was excellent. This was good value for money ... would absolutely recommend.

My wife and I usually take a tour when we travel to someplace we haven't been before, so when we booked a trip to Toronto to visit Niagara Falls, we hired Zoom tours through Viator. Our tour guide was Johnny, and I'm not exaggerating when I say he's by far the best tour guide we've had - and we've had quite a few. He has an extensive knowledge of the area, including all the back roads and shortcuts that helped keep us from getting stuck in Toronto's considerable traffic. But that's not all: he's also a funny, engaging sort who kept everyone laughing through the whole trip to the falls and back. Makes sense, since he spent a couple of years singing and doing comedy on a cruise ship. But he's also extremely well-traveled, and can not only tell you the history of Toronto and its little-known fun facts, but pretty much every place else as well. We expected just another ho-hum tour, but we were treated to an entertaining and educational experience that turned out to be the high point of our trip. Now, when we're stuck in traffic, my wife and I ask, WWJD - What Would Johnny Do?

An unforgettable experience this tour and Johnny was the crowning glory! Perfectly timed, he also has the certain experience and contacts everywhere, knows the daily routines in Toronto and at Niagara Falls and responds appropriately to all unforeseen situations. Absolutely to recommend!!!

Johnny was great and provided information about the areas we were visiting plus the areas we passed along our way which really helped pass the time during the long drives. We felt taken care of and like we were a priority. Learned a lot and enjoyed the sights.

There are several parts to this review in order for it to be fair and helpful. The booking process and communications is disjointed between Viator and Zoom. Viator advertises as tour pick up at the Revery Hotel. Less than 24 hours Zoom says they cant pick up at hotel due to construction..Too late to cancel and there was no construction or road closure schedule for this week. Viator sends a email the morning of the tour saying pick up is at hotel.. why are they not on the same page? Tour guide Johnny was very good however we spent too much time at the lake, flower clock and maple syrup tasting. I signed up for behind the falls tour and was talked out of it by the guide saying it would interfere with the walk to the boat ride and photo oppurtunities and departure time..why is this sold as an option when there is not enough time..The guide was correct but will I get a refund? The buffett was convienient and adequate but nithing was said about a soda being and extra charge. Guide did a good job getting us a half block from our hotel even though he was being told the roads were closed..They were not which I communicated to Zoom and Viator when the pick up point was changed. Great start, the tour is well paced and you can see everything and the stops along the way are crucial to see Niagara area. The falls are out of this world. Our Guide Gary is one of the best i ever seen, very helpfull, funny and always ready to help. Top Top.

Our tour guide was good, courteous and funny. Niagara Falls is beautiful. I would say to the outsourced companies, pair your groups together that have the same bookings. It is stressful for the driver and guests when everyone’s tickets are different, people are having to wait for others to finish their excursions and the ones on the excursion feels rushed.
