We had a brilliant day with Adam. He was very attentive, made sure everyone was comfortable and had all they needed. He was really knowledgable about The Falls and he had a great sense of humour. We did the all inclusive package (afternoon/evening). The boat was the highlight of the day by far (better than the helicopter in our opinion). We could have done with more time as we would have liked to have done the zip line but didn't have any free time with the all inclusive package. The only downside was the meal in the evening. We were expecting a 3 course meal with waiter service but it was a buffet and the food wasn't great for the money. There are loads of places to eat so probably better (and cheaper) to find your own restaurant. In general though, a great day and would recommend everyone visits these amazing falls if they can.

Great experience and an even better tour guide. Adam Nice was most helpfull in any way, has a great sense of humor and lots of stories to tell. Clifton hill and the fireworks were really nice to see at nighttime!

What an amazing trip to do and Adam our tour guide was brilliant too. Highly recommend doing the later trip to see the fireworks at night over Niagara.

His thoughtfulness regarding parking close to activities, and his patience were greatly noticed. An amazing tour, highly recommended. From venturing behind the falls, the sheer force of the water, during the boat ride( phenomonal, mother nature at her very best) to the meal overlooking the Falls and the illumination and fireworks to follow, what more could one ask for? Suresh, our tour guide was exceptional, very informative and professional throughout the very long trip, approx 10 hours.

This is a great tour, although we simply paid for the transport only and didn’t add the journey behind the falls, the boat or the dinner. We wanted to do the zip line and as we didn’t know the exact timings of any of the tour operators activities we prioritised the zip line. Glad we did as we found it was cheaper to get tickets for behind the falls when there rather than paying the tour operator as part of the package. The guide Adam Nice was good fun although did feel a little sidelined as we hadn’t paid for any additional experiences and it was almost like he forgot we existed when it came to dropping us back off in Toronto. Apart from that he organised the group well and everyone seemed to have enjoyed the experience. The falls in the evening is so worth seeing. So much better than just the day tour. Fireworks were spectacular and make great photo memories

Great Niagara Falls experience! Our guide, Adam Nice, was awesome, great sense humour, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. He shared lots of interesting history and details along the way. The tour was well organized, with pickup, drop-off, and all the stops in between. Hard to imagine seeing this much on our own in one day. Great value and highly recommended! Vlad

The guide was fantastic. I was frustrated that the trip was booked to capacity and I had to be separated from my 12 year old son he was at the front of the bus and I was at the very back. Other adults were not accommodating at all.

Had a great time. Loved controlling the fall illumination. Our guide was quite unique.
